QUALIFYING RIDE
ALL USEF- CDS SHOWS LISTED IN THE CDS OMNIBUS “Q” after a class number and/or description refers to Great American Insurance/USDF Qualifying. If you intend to have the class count for Great American Insurance/USDF Qualifying, add “Q” to the class number and an additional $10 to the class fee on your entry blank.
Great American/USDF Qualifying classes are always the highest test of the level: EXAMPLE: First Level Test 4 (Open and Great American/USDF Qualifying) Entry Fee: Normal Class Fee+ $10 (if Great American/USDF Qualifying entry*) *Eligible competitors must designate their entry as “Great American/USDF Qualifying” on the entry blank, and submit documentation to verify eligibility to enter the class.
Classes designated as Great American/USDF Qualifying must be listed in the prize list, as follows: EXAMPLE: Class 12. First Level Test 4(Open And Great American/USDF Qualifying) Entry Fee+ $10 ( If Great American/USDF Qualifying entry)

Current  U.S. Equestrian Federation  rules apply.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPETITOR TO BE INFORMED OF THE RULES. 
Entries on a first come basis.  Please specify desired day(s) on entry form. Freestyle music must be on compact disc and entry must include copy of qualifying ride.  All classes will be offered on all days.
Entries must be completely filled in with all required numbers and signatures. COPIES OF APPROPRIATE USEF, USDF, AND CDS CARDS AND HORSE REGISTRATIONS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ENTRY OR SHOWN AS PENDING IF APPLIED FOR BUT NOT YET RECEIVED. ENTRY WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INCOMPLETE.  INCOMPLETE ENTRIES MAY BE REJECTED OR SUBJECT TO A $10 SERVICE FEE IF NOT COMPLETED BEFORE THE SHOW. Opening date for all shows- 60 days prior to first day of show. Show will close early if oversubscribed.  Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any or all classes and to add or change judges if deemed necessary. Management also reserves the right to accept conditionally or cancel any entries, qualify riders as exhibitors, prohibit exhibition of entries and cancel or combine prizes
 
FEES: Checks payable to Bridlewood Equestrian Center   Introductory through 4th - $45 per class;  FEI- -$55 per class.
 
Add $10 for GAIC/USDF Qualifying classes.  Freestyle entry fee - $55  OFFICE FEE OF $10 PER ENTRY.
 
No refunds after closing date unless there is a vet or doctor certificate and the ride can be filled from waiting list.  $20 service charge deducted from any refund. Returned check - $20.  Post entries will be accepted only as space allows plus late fee of $10 per ride.  Any changes in an entry (classes, horse, rider, etc) will be charged an office fee of $10 per change..
 
Non-Member Fee: The USEF Non-Member fee for Juniors and seniors is $20.00. The $5.00 Breed Discipline Fee should be stated separately from the Non- member Fee. (Juniors are exempt from the $5.00 Breed/Disciphline Fee.)  
 
TIMES:Times will be emailed, phoned, or faxed, AND/OR they will be posted on the Bridlewood Equestrian Center web site at www.bridlewoodequestriancenter.com
It is the exhibitor's responsibility to contact show secretary if times are not received or posted on the Bridlewood Equestrian Center website.  www.bridlewoodequestriancenter.com
 
AWARDS: Ribbons through fifth place; Prizes to First in classes with two or more horses.
 
STABLING: Limited stabling ALL stabling must be arranged IN ADVANCE with show management. Stabling fee is $25 per night.
Permanent  stalls 12'x12' covered paddocks 12'x12' and portable stalls 10'x10' all have permanent doors. 
 
ACCOMMODATIONS:9 RV hookups available on site. $19 per night.  Also, many hotels nearby.

MOTORIZED VEHICLE: Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind including, but not limited to, golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles on the competition grounds of licensed competitions. Minors who have a valid temporary license may operate the above described motorized vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult with driver's license. Violations of this rules will be cause for sanctions against the parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) who are responsible for the child committing the offense.  Penalities may include exclusion of the child, parent(s), guardian(s) and/or trainer(s) from the competition grounds for the remainder of the competition and charges being filed against any of the above individuals in accordance with Rule 6. Wheelchairs and other mobility assistance device for individuals with disabilities are exempt from this rule.

VET & FARRIER – Contact numbers for on-call vet and ferrier will be posted at the show. On call vet will not be available at any designated time for measurements.

OTHER: BOTH Covered Show Arena  200 X 84  Outdoor 200 X 70  Lunging Arena with sand/rubber footingSound system.  
 
No dogs or unattended children. REMEMBER THE OFFICE FEE OF $10 PER ENTRY for any changes.
